I keep getting this error [Ulogin]

I've tried the old fixes and even rebuilt the DB but i keep ghetting this error. it registers the user, allows them to login but then stays on the page with this counter on the bottom

I setup the Tables aswell in my SQL

No the only users on ether are my registered one.

The bug is it shows that little bar on the bottom and won't load the next scene.

this sounds strange, try the default example url php (of bl_BanList.php) and see if works with it.
this url is for bl_BanDetect.cs.
