This bug has long haunted me.
This version of the game v1.8
This version of the class-customization v1.7

I'm not able to reproduce this issue, can you send me in a DM the following:
1. Your ULogin Pro order number
2. the URL that you set in LoginDataBasePro -> PhpHostPath

In this project, I have not changed anything.
But this error is also present on my project.
If in my project I clean Database "bl_game_users = meta !format ?" then no error more. Save again then revert to error.

I have found the problem, I have updated the addon in consequence with the fix for this.
1. Remove the whole text from the field of your last screenshot from the previous post (the meta value)
2. Update ULogin Pro to 1.9.3
