Does this come with documentation on how to edit the game
Do you have to be an advanced Unity Game Developer to understand and make changes. (i am currently a php developer/Javascript).

Yes, now include a documentation that will be improve with each new update
To make basis changes like replace player, weapons, maps, etc... you not need have a "Advance" knowledge as Unity Developer, but of course you want add new features you should have some experience an know how do example add a new game mode (create from you), add vehicles, etc...
