if you don't see these, click the settings button (mark as number 2 in the screenshot) and you should see a button/option that says something like Host with Us or just host, click on it.

This is a subdomain, try with the domain (the one that you hide with the red color) which I suppose it's www.atwebpages.com,
try to open the settings of that domain and check the for the Host button.

I just figure out what your problem is, you are using one of the free Utility Domains that Awardspace offer (atwebpages.com), to be honest, I'm not sure what they are for but it seems like you can't use to upload files = you can't used them for your purposes.

So I believe you already have created a free domain (dx.am), that is the one that you have to use unless you decide to purchase one.
