However I have not seen how to create an admin account to access Aminpanel to ban, unban users?

The admin panel was not thinking to add as a scene in the build game, that mean that only the admin / dev should have access to this scene so you don't need a account to access to this scene,
but anyway I will add a easy way to upgrade or degrade users from admin panel in next update.
