The problem with this addon, namely, all prefabs in the addon are empty, although PBR Customizer soldier is imported into the project, the addon version 1.0.1 is also not added to the manual mesh.

Hi,
Did you tried re-importing the player models package?
I have just checked and there's not update in the player models package so missing references could be caused due a wrong importation of the packages,
try re-importing the model's package.

Maybe there is some other solution? Reimport does not help I tried to create a new project the problem is the same

I just check this in a clean project using Unity 2020.2 and Unity 2019.4 but the addon is working correctly.
Which version of Unity are you using?
Make sure you are using this player pack:
https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/3 ... ier-111945
and that you are using the last version of it.

The problem was solved by switching to Unity 2020.3.22
