I found what caused the error. I added a ladder to the map, configured it incorrectly, which caused the map to break, then deleted it, but the bug did not disappear. The question is how to fix this.

if the ladder was the cause, then it should be fixed once you remove the ladder,

No, there is no any other modifications. I deleted ladder, but the bug is not fixed. I will try to reimport map.
