Hi,
I just clicked through the Addons-Shop,..
- I m missing a 'Profile'-Addon,
to let my Players/Customers create
a individual Profile.
Would be great, if my guests/customers
could save links to social platforms like FB
and upload a profile picture
or
write in some kind of a blog (with picture upload)
- with all this datas saved in an
easy database-system,
if I click the player name in MFPS 2 (Version 1.8.2)
there opens some kind of a empty popup,
(a placeholder?)
so maybe there is such a profile addon and I didn t find it?

Yes, by default it is empty, but if you integrate ULogin Pro this is what you see:if I click the player name in MFPS 2 (Version 1.8.2)

Your idea is interesting, but I don't consider it something "essential" for an fps game,
so probably a custom modification is the only way for making such an implementation.
Regards.

Mh, ok
The point is:
if you develop a app-project today
the market at the front end (in the app stores etc)
is very hard
(as gamedevolpment is a booming industry)
If you want to earn money in this market (even with a shooter-game)
the 'social factor' (meet friends, chat with them, host a profile)
is maybe not that essential for the gameplay itself, ok,
but it makes the players/customers come back,
in the best case every day,
and if you try to earn money with ads,
this could be an very important factor...
ok, I m not building a shooter game with
the lovatto-assets
(and I changed my concept (from "gallery"
to 'music-club with art exhibitions'
(and party-weekends )
(even if the pandemie is over)
because
I think this social-features
will become more and more important in the future
- and maybe the competition-enemy there will become facebook
(with the 'metaverse') as they feel this development
and try to take over this market...
anyway, at the moment my projects are
ready to become published,
it s just a feature I m thinking of for future projects,
but, for example, I m playing pubg on my smartphone,
almost every day (it s made with unreal :/ )
and ok, they use a fb-login
but I m often missing the chance to get to know
some interesting people from the voicechat and the teamplay,
I don t know, I just think/feel this could be a niche in this market...
greets
(more to come in the showcase-section, soon)
