Hi
Tell me please.
How to adjust the right hand of the character?
After I click on "Edit Hand Position" Everything falls into place.

Hi,
You can't edit the right-hand position as you do with the left hand, but you can modify the right-hand rotation,
you can do it by modifying the Hand Offset vector field in the inspector of bl_PlayerIK, play with that value until you get the desired result.
